Return Policy

We offer refunds or exchanges only for items that are damaged. This includes damage caused during shipping or packaging, as well as internal software or hardware defects. Return should be done within 7 days. If the item you received is not damaged, it will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

To be eligible for a return or exchange due to damage:

  • The purchased item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, except for the damage.
  • The item must have its original packaging intact. Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged as defined above.
  • If you believe the product, you received is damaged and wish to request a return or exchange, you must send us an email with the details at contact@cortisounds.com

Please note that certain categories of products or items may be exempt from returns or refunds. These categories will be identified to you at the time of purchase.

For accepted return or exchange requests:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If the damage is confirmed after our quality check, we will process your return or exchange request in accordance with our policies.
